📱30-Day Return Policy

 

This policy applies to all products and services purchased from Pop's Cellphone Repair Shop, LLC (referred to herein as "the Store").

 

1. General Return Window

 

We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of purchase or device/service pickup. To be eligible for a return, you must present the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

2. Products Eligible for Return (Phones, Accessories, etc.)

 

 

A. Condition of Returned Items

 

All products, including new and used/refurbished devices, and accessories, must be returned in their original purchase condition:

  • Original Packaging: Must include all original boxes, protective materials, manuals, and accessories (e.g., chargers, cables, headphones).

  • Physical Condition: The item must be free from physical damage, liquid damage, or modification.

  • Functional Status: The device must power on, be fully functional, and must not have any personalized locks or security features enabled (e.g., "Find My iPhone," Google Lock, Passcodes). Failure to remove these locks will result in the refusal of the return.

 

B. Restocking Fee

 

A restocking fee will apply to the return of devices (phones and tablets) that have been opened or activated:

  • Opened/Activated Devices: A restocking fee of [Insert Percentage, e.g., 15%] of the purchase price, or a minimum fee of $[Insert Dollar Amount, e.g., $50], whichever is greater, will be deducted from your refund.

  • Unopened/Sealed Devices: No restocking fee will be charged for devices returned unopened and sealed in their original factory packaging.

  • Accessories: Accessories are generally not subject to a restocking fee unless damaged or missing original packaging.

 

3. Repair Services Warranty & Returns

 

 

A. Repair Warranty Period

 

All repair services performed by the Store are covered by a limited warranty for [Insert Number, e.g., 90-180] days from the date of service completion.

  • Coverage: This warranty covers only the parts replaced and the labor directly related to the original repair.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

    • Subsequent damage from drops, liquid exposure, or accidental damage.

    • New issues unrelated to the original repair.

    • Devices that have been tampered with or repaired by a third party after the original service.

 

B. Refund for Repair Services

 

Refunds for repair services will only be considered if the original issue persists and the device cannot be fully repaired to factory specifications after a second attempt by the Store.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

 

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Special Orders: Devices or parts ordered specifically at the customer's request.

  • Activated Prepaid/Service Cards: Gift cards, refill cards, or service plans (once activated).

  • Items Missing Original Packaging or Accessories.

  • Items exhibiting significant wear, damage, or liquid damage.

 

5. Refund Process

 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • If the original form of payment is unavailable, a Store credit may be issued.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
